Growing a World Record

At TREECYCLE, our goal is to consider sustainability and ecological protection at every step – even when it comes to advertising! That’s why we have partnered with Guinness World Records to attempt the record for the world’s biggest logo made entirely out of trees!

We’re calling it the #LivingLogos project, and we couldn’t be happier about bringing it to life.

So, here’s our plan!

Our record breaking TREECYCLE logo will be over 1km long and will be created using over 4,000 of our hybrid eucalyptus trees.

As you can imagine, this is a massive project – proper execution will take some serious planning and preparation on our end! We have already started preparing the earth and mapping out the proper tree placement. We estimate that after planting it will take our trees about 3 or 4 months to grow to a sufficient height for us to attempt the record. Tentatively, we have highlighted late January or early February 2022 as our record attempt date. This record is a big step for the TREECYCLE project, but it will also have a massive environmental impact. Our estimates show that in the first year of our #LivingLogos project, we will remove 9,600 tons of C02 from the atmosphere!

To celebrate, we are planning a big fiesta down at our property in Villarrica, Paraguay: food, drinks, music, fun – everything needed to celebrate such a milestone. We’d love for you to join us!

Stay tuned as we release more info about our record attempt and the party as the dates come closer.
